If you receive a toll bill in the mail, and the tolls were incurred during a driver's trip, please send a photo of the toll bill to email@example.com. The photo must capture the date/time of the toll and the amount charged. Avail Support will review the toll bill and reimburse you once they confirm the dates of the toll match a driver's trip. Toll bills must be submitted within 60 days after the date you picked up your vehicle. Please note that Avail will not be responsible for any late fees that are incurred.
